    Your Tasks

    In this role you will be reponsible for following tasks:
    • Identify, Leading, Coaching, Mentoring Lean Six Sigma Improvement (quality) Projects
    • Implementation-, Harmonization the Schenker Process Landscape and the Process Management Framework in close collaboration with the Process Owners
    • Developing, implementing and governing the Business Process Excellence methodology and quality standards
    • Training and coaching of method standards in the area of process management and process improvement
    • Implementation of a common platform for LSS-Experts & Project Manager (Pool) within DB Schenker
    • Customer oriented End to End Stakeholder Management
    Consulted
    • Participating in strategic decisions or management bodies of functions/internal business units globally regarding process changes and optimization as well as well as digitization units regarding process automation (e.g. changes in strategy, IT systems, organization, etc.)
    • All activities with a direct or indirect impact on the processes of the relevant functions/internal business units incl. GBS activities
    • Analyzing internal customer feedback as well as identifying risks, incidents, service issues and improvement areas relating to processes being transferred to or rendered by GBS
    • Developing and implementing service-oriented Performance Management framework (e.g. KPIs, Service Performance Reports)
    • Strategic workforce planning of Service Centers (e.g. evaluation of processing times) as well as location strategy
    • Planning and driving of migration activities (ensuring feasibility of processing scope and enabling FTE potentials to be transferable
    Informed
    • Strategies of DB Schenker, functions/internal BUs with impact on processes as well as process-related strategy and action plans
    • Process model and design, related standards, exceptions, targets and governance of the functions/internal BUs as well as changes thereof

    Requirements

    Your profile:
    • Several years of experience in Operational Excellence, Quality, - Project and/or Program management; Strategy or IT consulting, Ideally, experience in Logistics area (Supply Chain Management) + Finance
    • Several years of experience in a successful leadership function (Project Manager)
    • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
    • Experience in Business Process Management (using BPMN 2.0)
    • High Affinity for state of the art IT-Tools and solutions concerning Process Management (Process Intelligence)
    • Proven track record in applying Lean Six Sigma & Quality Management methodologies in projects and workshops
    • Experience in Data & Process Analytics
    • Quality Management Experience (BPM, ISO 9004:2018, EFQM, CMMI, etc)
    • Excellent English language skills at C level, German would be a plus
    • Strong intercultural skills and experience in working in a multinational (matrix) environment enjoying
    • Available for international travel if required (globally)
