Your Tasks
- Support on the internal and external billing process within a dedicated customer program
- Prepare and organise invoice pre-approval review meetings internally and with the customer
- Help prepare and review recurring operational invoices
- Assist Budget and forecast preparations
- Maintain documentation on budget vs. actual consumption
- Actively support with maintain database for customer and KPI reportings
- Consolidate financial data for dashboards (Ops, RFQ, Financial KPIs)
- Support Regional Finance Analyst on ad-hoc tasks
- Support the finance team in overseeing the internal and external financial processes in line with customer agreements and internal policies.
Requirements
Your profile:
- Bachelor and/or master's in business administration, finance, accounting or comparable Financial/Controlling experience
- Preferably previous work experience in Finance, business administraion or sales controlling
- Solution and result oriented
- Customer focus
- Pay attention to details
- MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Team Work and communication skills
- Ability to work with different cultures
- Ability of self-reliant, conceptual and accurate working
- Good social skills and intercultural competence (e. g. through studies, internships abroad)
- Well-developed communication skills
