Your Tasks
- Support key strategic projects of varying functional and geographic scope to further drive the positive development of the global Air Freight business unit
- Assist the global PMO manager in regular management reporting for the Transformation Program
- Support further development of our digital booking platform and real-time tracking product - data analysis, change management and communication support
- Support the development and implementation of internal and external product strategy communication initiatives
- Prepare data and inputs for regular team or management meetings
- Liaise with respective functional or geographic counterparts for regular updates and seeking inputs and feedback on development topics
Requirements
- University student/graduate in business management, logistics engineering or related discipline pertinent to the job function
- Working experience in a large, complex organization is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of English is a must, a further language is an advantage
- Good financial, numerical, and supply chain skills
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills, PowerBI knowledge to perform data analysis is an advantage
- Good communication skills and can-do attitude
- Good project management and planning skills
