Your Tasks
- Design and expand training curriculums based on the needs of the organization and end users.
- Design, develop and update training materials that includes but is not limited to user guides, instructional materials, and self-help documents.
- Plan and execute on-site trainings
- Develop eLearning courses, tutorial videos, conduct live webinars
- Schedule and communicate to users about trainings, webinars, and workshops
- Continue to improve delivery and presentation skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years proven experience as a Trainer in train development and delivery, preferably in technical or logistics environment
- Proven ability to create education content
- Experience with delivery of blended learning approach (e-learning mixed with classroom training)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to express technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint. Knowledge of additional tools related to training content creation will be an asset.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Experience in using various training methods
- Straight-forward thinking and can-do attitude
- Strong relationship builder, excellent communicator
- Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities, and problem solver
- A mindset for continuous improvement
- Willingness to limited travel
- Experience and willingness for cooperation with remote team's
- Train The Trainers certificate and previous experience in logistic company will be an advantage.

Our Offer
We are looking for an Information Systems Trainer, who will be responsible for providing blended learning sessions for employees across DB Schenker global network, according to rollout plan. The trainings will be provided to single individuals within a company as well as large groups of people from different countries and departments of DB Schenker.
As an Information Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering learning solution related to STAR (Schenker Transport Application Road) - system used in our land transport. You will closely collaborate with Managers and Business Analysts to define and keep updated training materials. You will also work together with rollout managers to define trainings plans. You will be reporting to the squad lead / product owner.
