If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our Finance team as a Finance Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations, supporting the site manager and contributing to the success of our organization.

    • Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15
    • Hours: 9:00 - 17:30

    What you will do

    • Gathering and analysing data, providing valuable insights and reports to aid in decision-making processes.
    • Budgeting and forecasting by collecting and analysing data for all entities within our Group.
    • Contributing to the development of financial analysis processes, enhancing the data available to key decision-makers in our Group.
    • Collaborating on improving reporting mechanisms to effectively communicate with various stakeholders within the business.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    • Contributing to various projects as assigned by the Executive and Leadership Team.
    • Assisting in managing and streamlining intercompany processes.
    • Playing a vital role in auditing and ensuring accurate documentation.

    Requirements

    About you
    • Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
    • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
    • Skilled in conveying ideas, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Multi-Tasking: Ability to focus on multiple tasks while meeting company deadlines.
    • Problem Solver: Capable of resolving issues and proposing effective solutions in day-to-day operations.
    • Flexible and willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues.
    • Previous knowledge and experience in accounting or business-related fields.
