Your Tasks
- Provide timely response to customer's queries or requests on daily operations
- Provide proper solutions to customer if any urgent case happen
- Trouble shooting
- Daily and monthly documentation filling
- Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
- Billing and Payment collection and follow up
- KPI Measurement, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
- Attendance of review meeting with Customer/ plant, Carrier, customers' suppliers and relevant if required
- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by Management.
Requirements
- College degree or above
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Telephone skills
- Conflict resolution and emergency handling skills
- Technical Skills (Telephone and Order Booking systems preferable)
- Communication skills - spoken and written
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using PC software (MS Windows)
- 4 years of experience in a related capacity for an international freight forwarding company
- Experience in quality management system such as ISO and COPC-2000 (preferred)
- Knowledge of International Trade and relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures
