Senior Tax Accountant

* Prepare and submit tax return, tax payment and other tax related statutory reports timely to the tax and other competent authorities to ensure tax compliance.

* Coordinate and assist tax audit preparation and defense, including VAT, CIT, FCT and other applicable tax.

* Reconciliation all tax liability with GL of tax accounts and investigate for any different value for necessary adjustment.

* Keep track of tax payments to State Budget and reconcile tax debt with tax authority if required

* Work directly with tax authorities when required.

* Identify potential tax risks, recommend solution to mitigate the risks and timely communication with direct manager for resolving.

* Update new laws and regulations on tax and report to Finance Manager cum Chief Accountant and the relevant stakeholders.

* Tax training to business for their awareness and their process improvement if applicable

* Review commercial contracts from tax perspectives.

* Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

* Strong knowledge on related Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards.

* Strong Excel skills for Data Processing and Analysis.

* Self-motivated, well-organized and structured with strong attention to detail and learning mindset, good time management

* Ability to quickly assimilate complex information and take independent action where necessary.

* Proficiency in computer software such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

* Good English communication skills (both written & spoken).

* Ability to deal with internal/external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

* Pleasant, amiable personality - very strong sense of teamwork and customer service

* Bachelor's degree, major in Accounting/ Finance / Tax/ Audit or comparable

* At least 5 - 7 years' experience in similar roles

* Tax Agency Certificate is a plus

* Experience in working with SAP is a plus

* Work experience at Big4 audit firms beneficial

* Work experience in logistic industry beneficial
